All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays). “Processing time” refers to the secure verification of your payment, quality inspection of your gardening gear, packaging, and the generation of your shipping label. Once handed over to our domestic carrier, a unique tracking number will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

2. Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively from premium domestic fulfillment centers located strategically throughout the United States to guarantee safe, secure, and reliable shipping.

  • Shipping Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, estimated transit time via domestic carrier is 7 to 13 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: From the exact moment you place your order on our website to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, the total estimated timeline is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Because we ship domestically within the United States, you will never face import duties or customs fees. Applicable state and local Sales Tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination zip code and California state tax laws.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Delays

  • Real-Time Tracking: Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier's portal or via the tracking page on our website.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we work tirelessly to meet all estimated timelines, shipping schedules are approximations. Deliveries may occasionally be affected by external factors out of our control, such as extreme weather events, carrier backlogs, or federal holiday closures. We appreciate your patience in these rare scenarios.
